Your plan will give you peace of mind, knowing that you are eating the best you can even in a difficult situation to help heal yourself.
Individualized service is designed for anyone who is in need of nutrition guidance.
One on one educational session starts with a 90 minute initial session to allow for an in-depth health assessment and creation of a personal health plan.
Allow 30-60 minutes for follow up sessions to review goals, discuss nutrition updates and strategies. Session frequency will be determined by your specific health needs.
